Walk-in urgent care
Urgent Care Now is a walk-in clinic. Online reservation and scheduling are not available at this time—please come in during our open hours or call (585) 872‑1003 if you have questions before you arrive.
What to expect
- 1 Bring a photo ID and insurance card (if you have coverage).
- 2 Check in at the front desk when you arrive.
- 3 You'll be seen based on medical urgency and order of arrival.
We work to keep waits reasonable, but wait times can vary. Patients with more urgent needs may be seen ahead of others.
If you are experiencing chest pain, severe shortness of breath, signs of stroke, or any life‑threatening emergency, call 911 or go directly to the emergency department.
