Frequently asked questions
Answers before you visit.
These are some of the questions we hear most often. If you don't see your question here, please call us and we'll be happy to help.
What ages do you see?
We care for most adults and children. If you have questions about very young infants or complex medical conditions, please call before your visit so we can help you choose the safest option.
Do I need an appointment or referral?
No appointment or referral is required. You can walk in during open hours or use online check‑in to reserve your spot in line.
How long will my visit take?
Visit times vary based on how busy we are and what care you need. We work hard to move efficiently while keeping you informed. Using online check‑in can often reduce your time in the waiting room.
When should I go to the emergency department instead?
Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department for chest pain, severe trouble breathing, stroke symptoms, major injuries, heavy bleeding, or other life‑threatening emergencies. If you are unsure, please call us and we can help you decide.
Do you offer COVID or flu testing?
Testing for COVID‑19, flu, RSV, and strep throat is available as supplies allow and when clinically appropriate. The provider will talk with you about the best testing options for your situation.
Will I get a copy of my visit notes or results?
Your clinician will review test results and your care plan with you before you leave. If you need records sent to your primary care provider or employer, we can help coordinate that.
¿Qué pasa si no hablo inglés?
Por favor informe al personal de registro para que podamos poner a su disposición un intérprete durante su visita.
