Insurance & self‑pay at Urgent Care Now.

We accept most major insurance plans—including Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield, MVP, and TRICARE—and offer self‑pay options for those without coverage. We do not accept Fidelis or New York State Medicaid; we do accept managed Medicaid plans through Excellus, MVP, and other insurers. We are out of network with Aetna and UnitedHealthcare, and we honor your deductible amount so you are not overcharged. Our goal is to make billing as straightforward as possible. Out of network: We are currently out of network with Aetna and UnitedHealthcare. If you have either plan, we will still see you and bill your insurance. We honor the deductible amount that applies to your visit and will not overcharge you beyond that patient responsibility.
